Assessment Manager

Full time, 35 hours pw.

£30,785 increasing to £32,486 per annum following successful
completion of a six- month probationary period. The post will
attract a maximum contribution of 9% of annual salary to WCVA’s
approved pension scheme.

Base: Cardiff Bay

Assessment Manager – about the role

As Assessment Manager, you will lead a team of five Assessment
Support Officers (three full-time and two part-time), all based in
our Cardiff Bay office. We’re looking for someone with good team
management experience and the proven ability to manage people,
projects and processes.

In this role you will ensure that a professional and consistent
award service is maintained and be responsible for managing
relationships with funded service providers.

You will be working on WCVA’s Active Inclusion fund and have the
opportunity to work as part of our friendly and highly skilled
team.
