Tackling the issues and risks with Charity Commission serious incident reporting

In October 2018 the Charity Commission published new guidance for trustees about serious incidents and reporting. The current approach has raised some issues and concerns amongst VODG members. VODG asked chief executive members about their issues and concerns and will hold a meeting to explore further and agree any next steps. The meeting will also hear from VODG’s legal partner Trowers & Hamlins LLP.  Refreshments will be served at 15.15 with the main meeting being held 15.30 to 17.30.
