Coaches needed for Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage

Building on our previous Catalyst Cymru: Heritage Fundraising
project (which ran from 2014-2018) our new Catalyst Cymru:
Resilient Heritage project will provide in depth coaching to
heritage organisations, as well as a programme of training and
webinars covering several relevant topics. 

Through these activities, Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage
aims to support heritage organisations to further develop specific
areas of their organisation to increase their sustainability and
resilience. 

These areas are governance, fundraising, project management,
marketing, business planning and impact measurement. 

Successful coaching applicants will be matched with charitable
heritage organisations for up to six days of coaching. 

Some coaches may also be invited to deliver webinars or
face-to-face training sessions to participants.

Alison Pritchard, Catalyst Project Manager says:

their fields. 

‘It’s going to be great to see them work with charitable
organisations from the heritage sector to create real change in
those organisations. 

‘Hopefully this’ll benefit not only the organisation itself, but
also the heritage it is promoting or protecting, and the
communities in Wales who benefit from that heritage.’

If you have skills and experience in governance, fundraising,
project management, marketing, business planning and impact
measurement, we’d like to hear from you. 

Please note, all applicants should have a strong working
knowledge of the third sector in Wales. Experience in the heritage
sector is also highly desirable.
