The Governance Institute, ICSA, has produced a free guidance note on good practice for virtual board and committee meetings.
This is a key issue for voluntary sector has most boards and committees will have to meet virtually for the foreseeable future.
The purpose of the guidance is to offer a brief guide to the practical and legal issues that need consideration, and to offer insight into how virtual meetings can be made as effective as possible.
