social enterprises, sports clubs and housing associations, to
movements that tackle big economic and environmental issues such as
poverty and climate change.

About the role
This is an opportunity to be a vital part of the organisation by
leading WCVA’s new Membership and Marketing team. In this role you
will provide strong strategic leadership across our membership,
marketing and communications work, ensuring delivery is supported
by engaging learning and events programmes. You will also be
leading an internal culture change, putting our members at the
heart of everything we do.
- Salary: £30,785 increasing to £32,486 per
annum (following successful completion of a six-month
probationary period) - Base: Cardiff Bay, Aberystwyth or Rhyl
