Reflections on the National Eisteddfod 2018
Working and volunteering in the third sector in Wales is often
serious business. Governance, funding, innovation and impact
measurement are issues regularly raised with me. Monitoring our
operating environment from within the sector, as well as keeping an
eye on the external strategic, policy, social and economic agendas
is always interesting and challenging.
That said, I’ve just had one of the best weeks of my year –
being able to be part of the National Eisteddfod on the doorstop of
our HQ in Cardiff Bay has been amazing….
