Sustain Wales Awards 2017

Many people and organizations in Wales are doing great things under the umbrella of sustainable development. Cynnal Cymru aims to highlight this, praise achievements and showcase good practice and thus announce you can register for the 2017 Cynnal Cymru Awards.

Through the Awards, Cynnal Cymru will be looking for the best examples of their kind across Wales and praising these. Applications are welcome from people and organizations, the community and businesses, local authorities and other government layers.

The awards ceremony, held in the National Assembly for Wales 30 November 2017, will be a great event on the Welsh calendar.

The categories of the awards are:

  • Sustainability Champion (nominations)
  • Sustainable School
  • Sustainable FE/HE Institution
  • Sustainable Venue or Space
  • Sustainable Innovation in Public Services
  • Sustainable Business
  • Sustainable Community Group
  • Sustainable Social Enterprise
  • Sustainable Practice in Arts, Culture or Sport

Nominate your Sustainability Champion or share your sustainability story by Friday 8 September 2017: www.cynnalcymru.com/awards

The closing date to register for Cynnal Cymru Awards is September 08, and it will be possible to vote online during the autumn. Winners will receive the Cynnal Cymru Award and Certificate, and will get full use of the Cynnal Cymru Award winners logo for use on publicity material.
