Subsidised places available for intensive leadership training

Organisations from Wales are being invited to apply to Spring Impact’s Scale Accelerator Programme, in what will be the final opportunity to benefit from National Lottery Community Fund subsidised places.

Scale Accelerator: Leaders of Scale is a six-month intensive training programme equipping UK charity and social enterprise leaders with the skills, knowledge, and capacity to lead their organisation’s journey to scale and make a positive impact on even more lives.

By taking part, participants gain a clear, actionable plan for scaling sustainably, frameworks and tools to build the capacity of their wider team, and the confidence to lead change within their organisation.

Spring Impact are particularly interested in applications from:

  • Organisations addressing an issue that has worsened as a result of COVID-19
  • Organisations based in Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland
  • Organisations led by people with lived experience
  • Organisations supporting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic groups and/or with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic leadership

The programme will take place online between March – August 2022 and requires a time commitment of 11 days each for two team members.

This is the last chance to access subsidised and highly subsidised places supported by The National Lottery Community Fund. If you want vital training and support to get your social innovation to more people, don’t miss out.

Applications open on 2 November 2021, with the deadline on 17 January 2022. To find out more visit Spring Impact.

Date for your diary – Spring Impact will be joining us for a free online event on 30 November at 2 pm to tell us more about the Scale Accelerator: Leaders of Scale programme.
